What should I do to Exchange & Return the product(s) purchased online?
A cash refund can be availed by the consumer only in the case of a manufacturing defect and provided that the original invoice is presented.
Exchange doesn't apply to personal care products and hygienic products.
Exchange or return of the product can be availed within 10days from the date of purchase, with the following conditions.
The product should not have been used or mishandled.
The returned product must be in its original packing condition(including all accessories & instruction manuals etc. It should be unopened and unused.
If the product purchased is part of a bundle offer, then the entire bundle(Accessories & FOCs etc) need to be returned back with the product.
The replacement / refund / exchange will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned item.

What would be the Shipping & Delivery Charges applicable on my Purchase Order?
AED 15 will be applicable on all the orders less than 100dhs
All Orders AED 100 & above are eligible for free delivery
What is the expected delivery time of my purchase?
All orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days after order confirmation.
Orders will be confirmed within 2 working days from the date of placing the orders.
Can I get my purchase items delivered outside UAE?
Currently we are able to deliver the products only within the UAE
Is it possible for me to track the progress once the Purchase Order is confirmed?
Yes. Customers can track their orders from the Order tracking option on the website. In addition, customers will also be notified by email as well as SMS at the different stages of the order.
Do all the products purchased online come with warranty?
Warranty offered will be as per the manufacturer warranty terms and conditions, which are product specific and given in the product details.Neither Grand Stores nor the manufacturer will be liable for any claims that falls outside the warranty period.
